'Good Vibrations'

with Simon Bentley

Saturday 31st July   11.00 am – 4.00 pm

A day of non-technical astrology in which the ways in which planetary influences interact with each other will be explored. The day will culminate with understanding through a 'living horoscope'.

The day stands alone but is also a good follow-up for those who attended the 'Astrology without Tears' day in 2009. Like that day, it is especially aimed at those interested in astrology but who do not want or feel able to deal with a course of study.

All are welcome!

Cost of day: £10. Please bring vegetarian packed lunch.

Please email for further details or to book.

St Francis Day
with
Jenny Dent

Sunday 3rd October   11.15am – 3.45pm

This special day will be led by our Lodge Mother, with contributions from other White Eagle brothers. Jenny will talk about White Eagle’s special connection with St. Francis and his work for the brotherhood of all life, including the animal kingdom.

The day completes with our Harvest Festival Thanksgiving Service at 4.30pm

Fee of £10 includes drinks, but please bring a vegetarian packed lunch.

'The Secrets of Yoga Sequences'
led by
Kathleen Pepper

Saturday 9th October   10.30am – 4.30pm

Yoga sequences provide free-flowing, gentle movements with a meditative focus. They assist in removing energy blocks and in balancing and aligning the chakra. They are a perfect way for you to have a short, daily practice.

We will include Surya Namaska—the sun salutation; Chandra Namaska—the moon salution, other traditional sequences and the Egyptian Sun Prayers.

Cost of the day: £50. Please bring a vegetarian packed lunch and your yoga mat etc.

'Working with the Chakra through the Heart'
led by
Anna Hayward

Sunday 21st November   11.00am – 5.00pm

This retreat day will use White Eagle’s teaching, meditation, chanting, and individual exercises to gently and safely explore the etheric body. White Eagle says the heart chakra is the balance point of the whole, and so we will bring all we do to this harmonious centre of love.

Cost for the day: £10. Please bring a vegetarian packed lunch. Prior booking essential.

Please email the for details or to book.

'Eyes of the Spirit'

Sunday afternoon workshops with
Colum Hayward

Dates to be confirmed

Relative newcomers to the Lodge and those who are searching for their path are particularly welcome.

Please write, phone or email the for full details.
