The London Lodge has many activities, with small absent healing groups going on almost all the time it is open; four contact healing services weekly; regular open meditations on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; a regular Tuesday evening activity; a Sunday Service, and periodic retreat days and workshop days. Check out the programme if you want to come to a specific activity, but feel free just to come and visit, browse the books, or use the extensive library.
Your Personal Spiritual Development
If you are drawn to participate in activities, the aim of The White Eagle Lodge is to enable you to develop your own inner spiritual life in a safe and gentle way. At the London Lodge you may do this in a number of ways including: receiving contact healing, joining an absent healing group, meditating, reading the books in the library and attending services and classes. There are opportunities for training as a White Eagle contact healer and for service in the White Eagle Star Brotherhood.
SERVICES
SUNDAY SERVICES usually the first and third Sunday in the month and is a traditional Sunday Service in the round at 6.00pm in the main chapel. On the intervening Sundays there will be a meditation at 6.00pm.
FESTIVAL SERVICES are also held periodically. Note
sometimes the time will be different.
SHORT SERVICE OF SENDING OUT THE LIGHT is held each Tuesday and Wednesday at 5.15pm and
Thursday at 5.30pm.

Thursdays—Star Meditation, focussing only on the six-pointed Star. 1.15pm to 2.00pm.

Full Moon Meditations take place on Tuesday closest to the Full Moon—6.30pm to 7.45pm and are open to all
SPIRITUAL HEALING
Spiritual Healing is a natural and heart-centred way of offering therapeutic support. It makes use of non-physical energy, the powerful healing rays of light and colour, which the healer has learned to access through quiet personal development and extensive training. Healing does not set out to replace conventional medical treatment. Healing affects first the emotional, mental and spiritual levels and the soul, physical healing follows.
CONTACT HEALING
We hold four Services for Contact Healing each week, which are open to everyone. The atmosphere of these Services is warm, meditative and supportive, and completely un-intrusive on your own belief system as a patient. Individual treatments are given in a group setting by one of our trained healers, and your treatment will last about 15 minutes. Most people's experience of the healing treatment is of a gentle and relaxing warmth. Light touch is involved, mainly to the back of the body. All consultations are entirely confidential. While our healers are trained to national standards, our tradition is that the service of Spiritual Healing is offered to you without charge, although donations are of course welcome.

If you are coming for the first time, please arrive 30 minutes early so that we can discuss your treatment. Please note that on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the gates close at 6.30pm.
ABSENT (Distant) HEALING
In this method of healing the names of those who have requested healing are called during a weekly meditation group, and treatment is given through prayer and thought projection, without the need for the patient to be present. Through their attunement, the healing group is able to link in a wholly supportive way with the soul of the patient. If you would like to receive spiritual healing through this method please contact our Healing office at New Lands on 01730 893300. Those who feel at home with the White Eagle work however have the opportunity of learning and serving through joining one of the groups in the London Lodge, which are held everyday at various times. We are happy to discuss this with you. We also have special groups for animal healing and a new animal healing meditation on Tuesdays at 4.15pm, see below.
