The last three years have seen the development of a special aspect of White Eagle's work, guided by him, that of Earth Healing. There are now over 350 members in the UK alone who take part in a weekly Earth Healing Attunement. We have also been inspired to make the Sunday nearest the summer solstice each year a special Earth Healing day. We warmly invite all friends and members to join us in thought at any of the 'magical' hours, 3,6,9 and 12, in a beautiful, powerful wave of blessing for the Earth, in cooperation with the angelic life of nature.
At the Temple on Sunday 23rd June, there will be a Sunday Service on this theme at 11.15am and then after a 'bring and share' lunch, there will be an afternoon starting with singing and chanting and ending with an outdoor 'sun ceremony' in our cross-within-the-circle walk. Any friend is invited to join us for this physically and some members and centres around the world are joining with us too, forming a ring of light to support Mother - our beautiful Earth.
Rather like for the winter solstice attunement 2012, the astrological aspects for that day relate particularly to the founding chart of The White Eagle Lodge. There is a full moon with both the sun and moon aspecting harmoniously the sun in the Lodge's horoscope, so once again representing a spiritual opportunity for us all.

Together in the Star for the
Winter Solstice -
a Time of Power and of Magic

A White Eagle Midsummer Mystery Fundraising Meal

Please arrive by 6.15 for a 6.30 start.
The action begins in wartime London and moves to a small West Country village as the children are evacuated. Between each course of the meal the plot will develop. Your assistance will be required to help solve the mystery that unfolds. You will have the opportunity to question the characters during the meal as they mingle with amongst you.

Volunteering at Newlands
As well as our retreats, courses and special events, there is another way to become involved in life at New Lands! And you get to stay in this beautiful country centre free…
At various times of the year we have special volunteering weeks, both for work in the New Lands and Temple gardens, and also for sending out mailings. Through either of these you get to know others, you help White Eagle’s work and see it from the inside, you have a sense of ownership and we think you will enjoy yourself.
The remaining garden volunteer weeks this year are 14th–20th September, the latter including our special Peace Day event. Please email Simon Bentley, simon@whiteagle.org, if you are interested.

These pages are designed to support the reader in putting spiritual principles into practise in daily life. The pages contain teaching from White Eagle, supportive exercises and ways to understand and deal with the challenges earthly life presents.
The text is by no means comprehensive, however one can gain help from the content, and at another level the text can provide the basis for a period of contemplation.
The pages are readable independent of each other, but they also form part of a coherent philosophical and spiritual approach to human understanding, which is found within White Eagle’s teaching. This way of understanding and being is also developed and supported within the White Eagle Lodge on retreats and courses in all aspects of Spiritual Unfoldment.

Every Christmas, we at New Lands and those at other White Eagle centres around the world, receive wonderfully warm greetings from members and friends in the form of Christmas cards.
The card featured on this Newspage is hand-designed by a White Eagle member in Finland. Although it is obviously not possible to respond to these greetings individually, we want everyone to know how much they mean to us.
Each card is read by all the family in each centre.
Below is a card designed by Sophia (age 9), who regularly joins in Family Activities at New Lands along with her mum and dad. We used this as a Christmas card to all involved in the White Eagle Families and Young People work.

Be an Earth Pilgrim!
It’s the beginning of spring and our Lodge Mother Jenny Dent presents an inspirational Wisdom School retreat afternoon in the London Lodge, 9 St Mary Abbotts Place, Kensington, W8 6LS. The afternoon’s full title is ‘Earth Healing and Being a Star Pilgrim’. An occasion not to be missed. Relax afterwards and stay on for a special beginning of spring service at 6.00pm.
Star Attunement for Mother Earth
Our minds relax and our thoughts become still…
We let our hearts open to the blessing of the shining Christ Star
whose rays now fill our minds and awaken our hearts.
In this light and love of the Star we are part of the golden chain
joining all friends around the world who are linking in this work.
Together we work in cooperation with the angels of nature,
honouring their life and their purpose.
We honour also the ancient spiritual light in our own country…
We see the whole earth enfolded in the magical healing light
of the shining six-pointed Star of Christ.
We see the light of the Star shining into the earth herself,
her plants and trees and the life they support,
her streams, rivers and oceans, her atmosphere,
and into the hearts of humankind and the animals
as they walk on Mother Earth.
We hold in our hearts and prayers the vision of the planet Earth
cleansed, healed and in balance.
