If you do not wish to become a member, but would like to sponsor the work of the Lodge, then you may consider becoming a Friend. A Friend helps things happen for the White Eagle work.

Perhaps you feel you would like to support the vision of White Eagle’s inspiration, and the Lodge’s work of the spirit, as ‘leaven in the bread’ in the community? - White Eagle’s work of radiating healing on the inner planes and tolerance of the many ways of being, in every culture and religion; the service of Absent and Contact Healing to individuals which the Lodge offers freely; the provision of homes of the spirit, sanctuaries of peace open to all amidst the demands of a very material culture. If this is so, but you do not wish to be a member of the Lodge, then we invite you to become a Friend.

The network of Friends makes new developments possible in White Eagle’s work, including specific projects. We report to you about these in an informal, twice-yearly Friends newsletter, without burdening you with over-lengthy communications! You can read about some of our 2006-2007 projects below. We deeply appreciate the committed support from our Friends; as well as a welcome gift (see below), we also periodically offer new Friends special discounts on White Eagle publications.

 
How Do I Become A Friend?
All you need to do is to fill out the on-line form. The annual subscription for a Friend is £18, payable ideally by a monthly Direct Debit of £1.50 (If you are generously willing to subscribe at a higher rate, this is, of course, much appreciated).

On receipt of your application, we will write to welcome you, also enclosing a welcome gift of a beautiful full-colour Star poster ‘Through the Silence of the Heart’. As a Friend, a proportion of your subscription will fund core costs, but the majority will help make special projects possible.

In 2006-2007 we plan to:

• Extend the personal support and information resources we offer to all Absent Healing patients.
   
• Work to make the grounds at New Lands, England even more a place of beauty worthy of the centre of White Eagle's work, by creating a new arboretum, open to visitors, in the field beneath the Temple.
   
• Give further support to White Eagle groups in West Africa and other parts of the Third World - helping to create centres of peace and tolerance under the Star.
