THE LODGE is constituted as a charity in a number of different countries
around the world, but the organisational structure is intended to
be at a minimum and a family feeling pervades the work. Much of
the work is done in small informal groups, and the ideal is that
the way the lodge members relate to one another is as equal brothers
and sisters. The Leader of the Lodge is its Mother and its headquarters
is referred to as the Mother Lodge.
The White Eagle Lodge community is coordinated from three Centres:
THE MOTHER LODGE AT NEW LANDS
The Mother Lodge is located in England at New Lands country retreat
in Hampshire. The Mother Lodge is the centre of all the White Eagle
work around the world and directly supports all Lodges and Groups
not covered by the other Centres.
THE STAR CENTER FOR THE AMERICAS
The Star Centre for the Americas is located at Montgomery, Texas,
in the United States, and supports Lodges and Groups in North and
South America and Japan. It is also the home of the Temple of the
Golden Rose and the St. John Retreat Centre.
