The Star shines in us all. It is part of White Eagle’s teaching that the power of healing is a gift of God universally present in all of us. The light in our hearts can shine forth directly as healing; or, or using the focusing power of the mind, it can be directed consciously and powerfully. The Lodge can give you training to enable you to use this gift most effectively — it is possibly one of the greatest forms of service that you can give.

Working in a group, individuals can send out the light to diseased areas in a person’s body and — through the patient’s own responsiveness — this power can stimulate regeneration, bring comfort, and release the hold of toxins in the system. White Eagle healers work to cure the illness, but more importantly they work to restore harmony in body and soul. They also touch a very deep peace within themselves, which can bring healing, illumination and change into their own lives.

The healing is made specific to the condition by the use of colour rays, as though the pure white light of the Star were broken up through a prism and the appropriate colours then chosen. You can join this work either as an individual, or through one of the White Eagle centers, in an Absent Healing group, where you will have the support of other people working alongside you. When you have some experience of the absent healing, you can train as a contact healer.
