After selecting your choice of items, you may proceed to purchase your selection at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button and following the steps shown in the PayPal shopping cart system.

Ordering by Mail, Fax or Telephone
To order by mail, fax or telephone, print a copy of the Order Form and write in the items you wish to purchase, and the payment and shipping information before ordering by mail, fax or telephone. A link to the Order form is available under each "View Cart" button:
